Emily has over 12 years of digital marketing experience under her belt, with a wide-spectrum of skills including business strategy, entrepreneurship, e-commerce, PPC/SEM, paid social, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. In her free time she loves to climb beautiful BC mountains, read, and write.
Tina Star
CO-FOUNDER, PERFORMANCE ADVERTISING DIRECTOR
Tina has over 12 years of marketing experience, with a focus on SEM, paid social, programmatic and media buying. She’s led media strategies and executed campaigns at agencies and in-house, and has over five years of experience teaching Digital Marketing and Analytics at educational institutions such as SFU and RED Academy. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, and playing with her chihuahua (Pablo)!
Alicia Fu
SENIOR MEDIA MANAGER
Alicia is a Digital Marketing Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in paid media. She has successfully developed and implemented data-driven strategies across B2C and B2B companies driving revenue and leads. She enjoys collaborating with different people and advocates open communication. In her spare time, Alicia loves learning about other cultures and languages. She is on her way to a 1,500 day streak on Duolingo!
Michael Mofina

Michael has over 5 years of digital design experience in a variety of industries, ranging from emerging startups to large established corporations. He has experience with branding, designing landing pages, social media ads, as well as ecommerce experiences for the world’s most valuable tech company. In his spare time, he loves exploring new places around LA and enjoys tinkering with personal projects.

Rahul is a full stack developer skilled in Node and React. He has a deep understanding of web concepts such as APIs, database systems, CSS frameworks and design systems. When he’s not building websites, he loves hiking, biking, snowboarding, and other basic Vancouver things!
